Sudden PTS error

Postby nanook » Tue Aug 24, 2010 12:30 pm

I was playing 7-card stud on an ipoker skin (Nuts poker) yesterday. PTS as usual was working perfectly until after an hour or so, it suddenly stopped processing the history files and the following pop-up error message occurred:

" X Application terminated.

Error: Invalid Data Window row/column specified at line 189 in function
of_convertipxml of object n_cst_appvars."

I thought it might simply be a history code error in one of the games, so I deleted all history accumulated for that day, but this did not correct the problem. As soon as I opened PTS again and tried to process new hand histories, the same error would occur. I then tried playing on a different ipoker skin, but again getting the same error. Rebooting the computer also did not correct the problem.

I am running Windows 7-64 bit Home Premium, and PTS has been flawless for the 8 months I have been using this OS.

I'm guessing iPoker changed their hand history format. Please create a new support ticket and attach one of the recent hand history .xml files that cause this error.

Thanks Mike. Will do.

I don't see a tab here for adding an attachment. What is the procedure?

Unfortunately no browse button. Undoubtedly because of this:

I said use the support system, not the forum. See the link I posted above.
