Does the crash reporter still appear if you start PT4? If it does and you submit it that will contain all of the information I'd need to tell you what to do next.

Please do submit your crash report and/or report your problem first - that will let us see what is going on.

Any hands already imported will be stored in your database, and reinstalling PT4 won't touch that. You will also still have your original hand history files (as long as you didn't delete them yourself) and they are independent of PT4 as well.

Hi. I defraged my disk again, but this time i turned off postgreSQL server. It seems to be working now.

I do get the crash when adding buddy to list. Were do i send the pokertracker log file?

That sounds like you may have a problem with your Buddies file.
In PT4 go to File > Open User Data Folder. In the folder that opens go to the 'Config' folder. Here you will see a file called "Buddies.cfg". Attach that file to a Support Ticket, and include a link to this thread as a reference, so that we can check it out for you.

HI, i ran pt4 with logging enabled, it didnt start though. A log file appeared after. is this log file needed? i send it to support now

The log file is started very early on in the startup process, so it's certainly possible to get a log and not see PT4 appear to start - we'll take a look at your ticket and get back to you that way.
