No, the data already in your database won't be updated. You will need to
purge and re-import the affected sessions.

Thx, that worked - but the purge process take a lot of time when I want to purge them - esspecially the "updating cache" process. Is there any possibility to accelerate the process?

Unfortunately not, but it will only be a one time thing and you shouldn't need to do it again.
