Microgaming HUsngs

Using the 30 day free trial, HUsngs on Microgaming are not tracking properly. All hands are imported fine, but buyins and winnings are just showing as "0".
Known issue?

We do the best we can at tracking results with the information given from the various sites. If you'd be willing to send us a copy of your Gamehistory.dat file zipped up after you've played a few of these via our support system we'll take a look and see if there's enough data here for us to do better than we currently are doing.

Thats fine, just bringing it to your attention. Played a few 1 euro games this morning to test out PT4 so will send the history across to you.
At least you are willing to look into it, HM just dont care and I've given up on them.

Had an email saying this issue is now resolved. Can anyone on Microgaming confirm this is true, my PT4 trial has run out and I cant buy this without knowing that it now works with HUSNGs.

If you purchase it and find there is a problem with these tournaments still we will gladly refund your purchase.

These still dont work properly. It imports hands ok, but the buyin info is still missing. At least for now I can manually add the prize info but as I try play 50 of these a day it will be a bit of a ball ache to do each one. Anyway of editing more than one at a time?

You can edit buy-in and fee details for multiples at once via shift/ctrl+click in the Edit Tournament Results window. That said, please send us your gamehistory.dat file via our support system and we'll look into what's going on here for you.

Hi Kraada, I have sent you files in the past and presume these helped you try fix the problem. I notice in a similar thread recently that Microgaming have rolled out a new update so I am giving you the benefit of the doubt on this and presuming that Betsafe are yet to apply this update to their platform (wouldnt surprise me!). I'll give it anotehr week to see if this is resolved at their end, if not I'll send you some more files to look at. in the meantime thankyou for telling me how to edit multiple files, this will make it a whole lot easier.
