HUD not working on ipoker and 888

just formated my Pc before PT4 was working fine now is not showing in ipoker and 888
hands from both sites are saved while i play on their specific folders but PT4 doesnt import them

i get this message in errors:
Unable to launch auto import from site: Reason 888 auto importer needs to be configured
Unable to launch auto import from site: ipoker no directories to monitor

i obv did all that first but didnt get results and now is importing hands from FTP but not showing the HUD i dont have any idea of what os the problem

Full Tilt is a different issue after their software update last week. There are known problems with the Hud at some tournament types, and if you're playing Rush tables you'll need to disable the 'current stake' and 'current bet type' Hud options via Hud > Edit Hud Options. Search these forums for plenty more on this subject.
