Make sure that you're using our latest version v4.10.5. PT4 Download Page

Check the Hud Troubleshooting Guide for solutions to common issues and a link to how to report your problem for further investigation if it doesn't help.

I tried playing multi-hundo yesterday and for a while I was getting the hud statistics mixed between tables. I don't know how big of a bug it is or whether it was caused by something I did.

It definitely shouldn't be happening - can you confirm you're on 4.10.5 and things are set up as in the links WhiteRider posted?

I am using PT3.14.5. This is the PT3 forum, right? Btw, I had hud stats mixed up on another tourney as well.

This post was originally in the PT3 forum but was about PT4 so I moved it.
These tournaments were added relatively recently and PT3 does not have the database structure to handle them properly, and currently the Hud doesn't work correctly for them either. I'm not yet sure whether it will be possible to fix this in PT3, but PT4 should handle them correctly.

That popup happens after the download starts. Check to see if it's in your downloads folder it may well have downloaded.

I have results from an FTP multi entry tournament that aren't in my database. How do I get it in?

If you have the summary in a text file use Get Hands From Disk to import the file.
If it's in an email click Get Hands From Email.

If you want to enter the results manually click Edit Tournament Results in the sidebar when viewing the Results page, or select the tournaments in question (shift-click or control-click) and then right-click > Edit Tournaments.

If you have the normal hand history and summary files but the results aren't imported correctly please attach the files to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.
