Cant Review my Hands

Hello i can use some help. I been a PT4 member for only a few days and not sure if everything is set up right. When i play poker i can see my hud and my hands seems to be importing. I can also view my graph and buy ins for the tounaments ive played. But i cant see any of my hands so i can review them. Any help would be awsome. T.Y

When you double click down through the data in the bottom of the Overview report are you seeing a big blank window? If so try right clicking it and click Configure Report then Restore to Default and that might help.

Ok when i look at the PT4 play poker screen where its a big white box. Im told thats where i am to see my hands and replay them. But all it ever says in that box is loading populating and then nothing comes up just a empty white box. Sorry if im not PT4 smart to explain better

The Play Poker page only shows you hands from today as you're importing. To view your historical stats go to View Stats. And if you play tournaments make sure to change from cash games ($) to tournaments (T).

Something seems wrong with my hands. I did what you said and went to stats and can see everything but my hands..

I suspect you probably have either the 'show marked hands only' option ticked, or one of the tags selected, which is filtering out all of your hands - these options are just above the hand report; please check that they are both cleared.

If you still don't see hands right click the blank report and choose Configure Report then click Reset to Defaults.

If you still don't see hands post a screenshot here or attach it to a Support Ticket.

Ok so the show marked hands box is empty and The box about taging hands wont let me put it empty it just gives me options to tag my hands some kinda war tilt , review , etc

Awsome i notice you have to click the tag itself to remove it and now i see all my hamds.. thank you guys so much YESSS. Leak pluging time
