Hi,

I cannot get Zoom Hud to work.

Im following the instructions.
1. start pt4
2. login to pokerstars
3. start get hands
4. open zoom table.

I have also tried this by turning off the firewalls both on the client and server (also windows firewall on both client and server).

Anyone have an idea how to solve this?

/Peter

Your PostgreSQL configuration shouldn't make any difference to the Zoom Hud, assuming it's working normally.
Make sure that you're running PokerStars as administrator too, and that it's installed in English.
If you're still having problems please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and find out what is going on.

I figured it out.

I usually use a standard windows account.
When I run PokerTracker I rightclick and choose run as administrator.

Apparently pokerstars also need to run as administrator for Zoom hud to work.

Perhaps you already knew this, well now I do too. ;)
