unable to install poker tracker 4 windows 8

I am unable to install poker tracker 4 on windows 8 I keep getting this error: unable to crate PostgreSQL database:PT4 DB Reason:unable to login to database (template1)..........

any suggestions?

Create a new empty folder on the root of the C drive and name it PostgreSQL. Try installing to that folder and it will likely work better.

install postgress to that folder? on when installing pokertracker?

Install PostgreSQL to that folder manually - check out this guide for information.
