Hello,

I need your help. My winnings are not shown correct in PT4. As you can see in the photo (the red circle) I won about 40 € in the hand when I went all in preflop. When I check my results I can see that I won about 165 € (the amout which I shove) but villain had just 40 €. What can I do that the winnings will be shown correctly in my reports?

Please attach the full original hand history to a support ticket and we'll look into this further for you.

same problem. PT4 is now a useless program. All sessions indicates wrong results. This needs urgent solution.

This bug has been verified in our system and a fix is being worked on.

This should be fixed in our next release though I don't have a specific ETA at this point in time.

I just updated my PT4 and checked my results - nothing has changed - why??????????? Does the update consider the past and adapt the wrong amounts or is that not possible?
