Errors Importing hands from People's Network

Postby Roby962 » Fri Aug 25, 2017 7:33 am

Sorry for my English.
I have a lot of errors importing from People's network:
Error: MicroGame: Encountered unexpected end of hand history. (Hand #XXXXXXXXX)
Error: MicroGame: Invalid pot size (1.24 vs pot:2.65 rake:0.17 jpt:0.00) for hand #XXXXXXXXX.

Does anyone have my own problem?

Please attach a sample of original hand history files for these errors to a Support Ticket. If you're not sure which file it is feel free to compress the hand histories from the session and attach them all (PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your \PokerTracker 4\Processed folder which you can access via the "File -> Open User Data Folder" option).

apologize for my google's english.

I join to this thread to highlight some issues.
1 - The hands history imported by PT4 does not show the opponent's hands coming to the showdown.
I checked and while in People's Client HH there are because I can see it in the hands viewer, in the history of PT4 there are not.

2- I have an HUD that should not show me the Hero' window instead in some tables it shows.

There is an alpha version of PokerTracker 4 available with some updates for Peoples Poker so if you want to give that a try please open a Support Ticket. If you can also attach a sample of the hands you mentioned we can take a look at those as well.
