I dont know how to set this stat up where I CB-CB and face a DB on river. (HUSNG, SB)
Attached prt scr of what Ive done.

Also wanna set up a filter where we check call flop- turn goes check check and we check call river.

You can do this with Actions and Opportunities > River > River Opportunities > Raise Donk Bet Opportunity.

FWIW, you can only CBet the turn if you CBet the flop, and were the preflop aggressor, so you don't really need all of your other filter elements there.

Also wanna set up a filter where we check call flop- turn goes check check and we check call river.

For heads up these are pretty simple as if you check/call you can't face any other actions.
You can do these in Actions and Opportunities again (for each street), either using combinations of "Checked Flop" AND "Flop Calls > Called Bet", or in Flop Action Sequence you can define the exact sequence of actions.
Turn check/check could done with "Checked Turn AND NOT Turn Opportunities > Any Raise Opportunity".
River as flop.

EDIT:
As an alternative, you could do the turn action sequence of "first action: check", and then "NOT(Second action: any action)". That would mean that your only turn action was to check.
