How long are statistic or results reports supposed to take? Even if I filter only few months it takes minutes or maybe forever since I usually try to stop them after some time. Why cant I just stop a report? Do I have to close the program for that? Single dates come fast maybe depending on the day. Some days come fast some never finish. Just Loading. Loading.. Loading...

How can I check how many hands I have on my database? Where are the processed hands?

Loading means that PT4 is querying the data from the database. Populating means the data has been gotten and is being readied for display.

Certain reports should be nearly instantaneous (things like Statistics -> By Position in the latest Beta); anytime we can use our cache things are much faster.

You can check how many hands are in your database by loading up the Results -> Site Summary report.

Custom reports got WAY faster after the latest upgrade! For some of them it took about 10 minutes before, now only about 10 s and for most it takes just a few seconds. Much easier now.
