Hey,

In some poker sites, the bounty information appears in the hand history summary, is there any way to create a custom stat to show the bounties?

This is what I mean

That's not currently possible. If you want to see the values in the PokerTracker 4 replayer then we have an existing feature request for this and you can let us know your interest and be automatically notified if it's added in a future update via a Support Ticket.

Is there any way I can accesss this data by building a custom column or there is no way at all? If it appears in the hand history text, how can not be reachable?

The bounty value of a player in a hand is not part of the current PokerTracker 4 database schema so it's not possible to query directly for use in a statistic.
