win/lost at showdown after villains shove

Hello!
For sure it is easy to do, but I need help!
How can I create this report: I want to know how much wins/lost I have, after calling villains shove postflop, I have at showdown.

Add the following filters:

Actions and Opportunities -> River -> Saw Showdown, Actions and Opportunities -> Flop -> Flop Opportunities -> Faced All-In, Actions and Opportunities -> Turn -> Turn Opportunities -> Faced All-In, Actions and Opportunities -> River -> River Opportunities -> Faced All-In

Then highlight the three Faced All-In filters and click on the Or Selected button - then you'll have times you did get to showdown and you faced an all in on one of the three streets. And you can look at your results in any of our standard reports

I just tested that exact filter on my end and it definitely shows me data. Are you certain you've faced an all-in this month and gotten to showdown?

I checked it out, and the filters are working!
BUT they are not working for the last month. I dont know why, but I am 100% sure I had yesterday some spots like this.
These hands were the reason why I wanted set this filters.

Don't worry about the images - you can filter for big pots using the Pot Size & Stack Depth filters on the Hand Details page to at least find yesterday's hands that way.

In the meantime - what site are you playing at?

I am playing at i-poker. Mansion. Sometimes I have some HUD problems, too. Especially when I made a player note. Often I can not make a note for the next player. I click at the new plyers note icon but shown are still the note window from the player before. After clicking - Restart HUD - I can go on.

Would you be willing to filter for larger hands from that day (now two days ago) and look to see if you did face an all-in at any point? If you could do that and if you find one send us the hand history via a support ticket we could figure out much more easily what's going on here for you.

Also you should have multiple note windows in the latest version of PT4 - 4.02.1 - if you're not using that version you should upgrade. Many things were fixed since the last few betas.
