Notetracker, Started Process, Never Ends?

Postby bodhisoma » Fri Aug 10, 2012 12:43 am

I've created a note, tested it, now back to the Status tab. Purged all, clicked "Start".

Status always reads 100.00%, before pressing "Start" and immediately after (never changes) and the "Stop" button never goes away.

How do I know when the process is completed?

BTW, wicked awesome tool.

The percentage complete doesn't update while the window is open, but will refresh if you close and re-open the NoteTracker window.
NoteTracker runs in the background while you're importing (or after you click Run) and starts taking notes for the newest hands first - it will keep adding notes while you play so there is no need to wait for it to "finish".

I try purge all notes, change date and run again, but in result 467 notes and not more....

It work earlier rigth, and i don't know what is happen....

If you make the "since" date earlier does it say there are more hands to be processed?
Does it process more but still not complete all hands?

Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. Purge all notes and then click Run. Leave it for a few minutes and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.
