NoteTracker runs on all databases whenever it finds hands that aren't processed. But as I said the data should only be combined if you have the same player from the same site in both databases which from your setup sounds unlikely to be normally the case.

All hands until today will be in both databases.
Does it recognize that there are duplicate hands?
I guess it does. There doesn't appear to be duplicate stats after I created the 2nd database.

If the same hand is in two databases and you have the Hud configured to display stats from them both then that hand will count twice in the stats. It isn't practical to check for duplicate hands across multiple databases to avoid that.
