Hi Guys

I'm using PT already for years but I have never used note tracker. I read all the guides many times but never succeed to make it running.
so finnaly i have decided to start it now or never.
Attached are screenshots of note tracker settings and empty notes for note tracker in hud.
I tried also to purge all notes manually ()note tracker/status) and rebuild the cache but didnt help.
Pls guys let me know what can be wrong or if u need some more screenshots or logs i will assist u.

All of your notes are purged per your first screenshot. That's fine, just click Run and PT4 will process hands in reverse time order (so you get newest notes first). As they're processed you'll start to see data. Hands are also processed for NT purposes while you play when running Get Hands While Playing so you'll start seeing data as you play.

On the Status page you can see what percentage of hands have been processed in the top line of Status. Once it says 100% you should be totally up to date. It does take a little while, but if you just play normally and let it run in the background otherwise you'll be caught up in no time.

So I went to note tracker/status and click on RUN button and then OK button and I keep it running. I check the status after few hours and it show 0.00% complete. I have absolutly no idea why its not working...
I also click on the RUN button on the status page and i didnt close the window with OK button but its was showing 0.00% complete all the time....

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

That log doesn't show you actually clicking the Run button but just opening the status window and closing it again. Please actually click the run button and wait 5 minutes then attach the log file to a support ticket for us and that will help significantly.
