Table Tracker freezes on screen 5 secs after clicking Search

Hi - all thanks for any help

Poker tracker opens normally. When I open the Table Tracker(from the Poker Tracker + menu) Tabletracker opens normally and I can click between windows.

However, after clicking "Start Search" , the "Since search" timer starts ticking and stops after 5 seconds. At this point Table tracker is frozen on the screen
and the only way to close it is with Ctrl - Alt - Delete and ending the PT tasks with the Windows Task Manager.

Note I have downloaded the latest version of PT 4 and tried restarting my computer - always with same result - Tabletracker frozen on the screen.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Okay it took me a little while to figure this one out.

Open table tracker, before starting a search click on configure. Then under the general tab, uncheck "Beep on Search Completion". That worked for me. *Edit: it only worked once.*

Then please report your problem as well -- the more data we can get the easier it will be for us to isolate and fix this issue.
