Notes screen: little figure tag - what is it For?

Guys! In Notes there is a tag of miniature figure next to color code tag (see picture). Can anyone tell what its function is. Failed to find explanation for it. Thank you.

That's to mark someone as your buddy. If a player is your buddy you can find him more easily in TableTracker.
