I can't set the size of the raise

I would like to make two notes about 3Bet.
1. 3Bet adds 1 BB. For example, I RFI 2BB, the other person 3Bet to 3BB. Or I RFI to 2.5BB and the other guy 3Bet to 3.5BB.
2. Less than 2.5x RFI of 3Bet. For example, I RFI 2BB, the other party 3Bet to 4.2BB.

I can't figure out the relationship between the amount of chips in the note setting, and the setting always makes mistakes.

That isn't possible. If you RFI to 2.5BB then the 3bettor has to add at least 1.5BB meaning the 3bet would be a minimum of 4BB.
