Omaha Hi Betsize Filter As Percentage Pot Not Working

I'm trying to create an automatic note that relies on the 3-bettor having raised POT or something like 75%-100% preflop. Essentially, I am trying to eliminate things like min 3-bets or 2x 3-bets from the note creation process. I've been playing around with different options, but it seems to me now that the filter simply doesn't work. Can you confirm that this is the case? I have an example hand as well where there is a pot 3-bet and the note won't show up if I enable the restriction of my opponent having to have 3-bet 75%-125% of the pot preflop (I tried different numbers here, I just wanted to make sure that '100%' is in the range).

As a side note, is it still possible to submit tickets?

I am not aware of a specific issue with that filter. Can you please export your custom note definition and the relevant hand history and attach it either here or privately to a Support Ticket. Thank you.
