The first filter in your screenshot has "posted blinds or ante". Click on that filter, click Ungroup and remove the blind/ante portion and it will take notes on the other positions in non-ante situations.

well, how about ante situations? I play mtts and u will have antes most of the time in tourneys

Removing the filter won't stop it including ante hands - it will stop it requiring either a blind or ante to be posted for the note to be applied. Anything you filter for here will have to be true for the note to be taken, so only include filters for situations that you want to restrict.

Would this look fine for notes to be taken, not including sb position and also for all mtt stages?

Correct. Also the big blind would never match either - you can't raise first in from the big blind as if nobody is in and it's to you, you get a walk.

Cheers. Yes big blind can't raise and I also think that sb raise first range would be better off in "steal" stat rather than raise first, thats why I prefer to not include it in rfi range

How do i add notetracker filter? is it "hands with notes" filter or something else I have to add?

I added hands with notes filter by the way but there are no hands showing , Im assuming there is another filter I have to add

We have a tutorial for using NoteTracker available here. The filter for 'Hands With Notes' is for use in hand reports so you can filter to hands where you have made a manual hand note.
