"Raised flop cbet w/" meaning

Hello, last time I was looking at the notes of a player and I saw a note that said: "Raised flop cbet w/ overpair or less & no draw (3)" .
What is the meaning of that sentence? That the player raised flop cbet with overpairs, top pairs or even bluffs? Or it means that the player raised flop cbet with overpairs, sets, draws, straights, flushes etc ?

That's correct although it also includes raises with any pair (top, middle, bottom, pocket pair) - in other words the player is rasing with an overpair or worse.
