Table opening

Hello,

i just bought tabletracker but when it shows me the tables i cant open them over tabletracker.
i dont want to start them manually from the pokerstars lobby.
what can i do? wrong options anywhere!
please help!

Have you started PokerStars using the Launch button in TableTracker? PokerStars needs to be opened that way in order for the table opening to work.

i tried it both ways but nothing is going to work.
i start pokertracker, then start table tracking, then the button ´launch site´, then i type in my pokerstars password and go back to pokertracker and there is no button
´open table´.
so where the hell can be the problem?

Table opening isn't currently working for PokerStars after they updated their software. We're working on a fix for this.
You should still see the Open Table button next to the Launch Site button, though. If it is disabled you need to do a search and select a table before it becomes active.

the table opening button will not show up whatever i do.

even after the search when i click on the table

i guess i just wait till it works

Well, i think this is the problem i'm having.
But, i use PT4.

TableTracker doesn't open any table at pokerstars.

it says the folowing message:

"Unable to open table 'Summa II'
Keep in mind that some sites are required to be launched through PokerTracker in order for the table opening to work properly.
You may also need to adjust the lobby filters at the site so the tables being launched are visible in the table list."


no matter what i do, uncheck filtering, launch program, everything, but it always says the same message.

Is it a problem of tabletracker and pokerstars update?
is there a solution already?

I to am having this problem with pokerstars opening table work fine up to last night
Now won't open any tables ?

I'm seeing the same thing after the PokerStars update and I've informed the TableTracker development team so that we can get this fixed as soon as possible.
