Hello,
I recently purchased PT4 registered to the email address I'm using here, and was promised some searches to try out Table Tracker.
However, nothing happens when I click 'Launch site' for a particular table searched through the TableTracker search feature.
I'm using PT4 on Mac OSX.
Please resolve the matter ASAP.

In the TableTracker window when you click Configure at the bottom left and choose your poker site from the drop down does an executable appear in the list? If not you will need to add it by clicking Add and choosing the client from the Applications folder.

Thanks. Turns out an executable wasn't added. I added it.
But now also, when I click 'launch site', no table opens up. I don't understand why.
Can you help me out here please?

Table opening doesn't work on Mac because Apple's security prevents it.

It's not possible to disable these security features; they are built into the operating system.

Thanks fot the quick reply !!!
So can I use table tracker with a MAC then ? Or if i cant open a table from within TableTracker I would have to do it manually, which kind of defeats the point ? Or am I missing a trick ?

You can use TableTracker and you'll see data on the players at the table in OS X. You can launch your poker client (e.g. PokerStars) but you just can't launch individual tables within PokerStars from TableTracker directly. You can still find them in the client and join normally (or join their wait lists).

Thanks again Kraada for the quick response.
So I can launch PokerStars ? How can I do that- in the configure menu I go to General, Then Launch Settings Site: select Pokerstars, click Add, Site Name 'PokerStarsEU, then Executable, go to my applications directory and select the pokerstars.eu software icon and i get a file error pop up 'You have selected an invalid file. You must select the file named PokerStars. At this point im stuck, sorry...
Again, Thanks for the help.
S.
OK, sorry I just edit this post after try manually to join the tables and its not what i need. Im really looking for a way to automate my selecting and joining tables, without so much manual work, so I can focus more on my game and less on table management.
Is there not a way around the permissions restrictions on the MAC ?

Unfortunately not.

PT4 cannot interact with the PokerStars application on Mac in the way it would need to in order to open tables. Launching PokerStars from PT4 won't change that on Mac (it is needed on Windows so that PT4 can connect to the application in the way it needs to).
