Table Tracker > Open Table (pokerstars) > Error message

2 problems:

1. Anti-virus
When I launch the Pokerstars client through Table Tracker the client starts OK, but McAfee isolates if3.dll every time. I have to open McAfee user interface and restore it. I have seen this problem being reported several years ago by other users. Maybe you should contact the anti-virus companies?

I also noticed that PT-Install-v4.11.11.exe had 10 positives on Virustotal.com (of 50 anti-virus programs). Locally on my computer McAfee also isolated this file just as it had downloaded. There was a file named partycommunicator or something within that .exe file that was problematic. Again I had to "unisolate" it from McAfee user interface.

In any case, I am able to launch the client and I log in.

2. Pokerstars error message

I do a search in Table Tracker and from the resulting list I right click a table and choose "Open Table". The table opens, but every time I get a pokerstars popup window that says "table initialization failed, low system resources".
The table opens, but this this error message every time will be a major annoyance, so I must solve the problem.

I doubt that low system resources is a real problem. This happens on every table I open, even if the client has just launched and I open the first table. Have never experienced any other performance issues with Pokertracker or Pokerstars.

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit, Intel Core i7..something, 12 GB RAM

I had the same problem before I updated to v4.11.11

(1) I will remind the developers about this situation. You ought to be able to set an exception for this file though.

For (2), restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
