Check-raise flop range

I'm having trouble getting this note to work and I'm not sure why. Please advise?

The {cardrange} and {board-flop} variables are not tied together within our system so you'll see a list of hole cards and a list of boards but not as they pair together. This is a known issue the development team is aware of.

I don't have any update on that. If you open a Support Ticket we can link you to that in our system and automatically notify you if any changes are made.
