If you're searching for PokerStars and it's freezing please open a
Support Ticket and
report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on. We've seen this reported a few times and the TableTracker development team are looking into the issue so your logs will help us narrow down the problem.
I believe the trial period starts straight away - if problems stop you from using the trial period then please contact us again via your ticket when the problem is resolved (you'll get a notification via your ticket) and we'll be able to extend your trial so that you can test it out properly.
