I'm starting this thread because it may help to other users facing a similiar problem. I couldn't open PT 4.7.2 during game, fortunatelly, I solved this bug by removing all log files.
I tried to edit Tournament HUD Profiles during playing. To be more specific, I duplicated CG profile and saved it as a tournement profile. HUD started to freeze, I forced to quit PT4, tried to open it again and again and just dock bar icon was bouncing (even after system restart). I fixed the issue by removing all log files.
