Several features don't work after support expiration

Postby gorilla1166 » Sat Dec 30, 2023 12:18 pm

Hi, I have an issue that is probably related to the expiration of annual support.

My subscription of "Annual Support & Maintenance" expired at 2023-12-30 (JST). Then, from 2023-12-31 (JST), several features like "View Stats" and "Play Poker" doesn't work at all. They doesn't show any hand histories and graphs. But somehow only HUD works fine.

Is this a bug or an intended behavior? If it is intended, do I need to subscribe an annual support to make them work?

That is not intended behaviour. If your HUD is working fine and updating as each hand finishes then that data should be available to view in PokerTracker 4. Please make sure you do not have any filters or hand tags active that would prevent the data from appearing otherwise please attach screenshots of your entire PokerTracker 4 report windows either here or privately in a Support Ticket.

Okay, I attached screenshots. Note that the same behavior occurs when selecting other stakes and I played only on PokerStars. Also results of other tabs like "Statistics" in "View Stats" page are empty too.

Hi, all the features are avialable now after restarting PT4 though it didn't work about 9 hours ago, when I tried the same several times.

Anyway, the issue was resolved. Thank you for your help!
