Downloaded the New FTP update and HUD is not working

I'm sure it's FTP specific. At this point, please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Ok, I was celebrating too early I guess. It seems that PT4 tracking everything but now stats appears on 4 tables out of 6. maybe it because those tables are from multi-entry tournament, I don't know where the problem is, everything works fine on other sites....

Same issue here... not all tables are getting the HUD...

We have confirmed there are some issues with Full Tilt writing garbled hand histories - we have confirmed this for Rush tables so far. The same problem may affect these tournaments, I'm not sure. Either way, please send us your hand history files from these tables via our support system and we'll look into this further for you.
