new soft winamax and HUD PT4

hello I play on the new software of winamax on an imac. I use PT4, my hand and tournament history are well recorded but my hud does not appear on my tables.
does anyone have the solution?

If you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 please update it:

Download PokerTracker 4

otherwise please open a Support Ticket with a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble so that we can investigate this for you. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

I have the same problem.

It's working with cash game but not in tournaments.

Do you have a solution ?
