Unable to contact the registration server

I've been using PT4 without issues for years and then suddenly today my Mac crashed and after restarting it PT4 has been unable to verify my registration. I keep receiving the error "PokerTracker was unable to contact the registration server to confirm the activation of your product. Please try again in a few moments." when I try to register it again. No idea what to try from here to get it working again...

The same thing is happening to me in Windows 11. the same issue...
this is the message i get:
- Code: Select all
PokerTracker was unable to contact the registration server to confirm the activation of your product

Just now it has worked for me!
possibly it was a failure in the PT4 license server

hello I allways PT4 on a mac and never used the second machine; today im trying to install PT4 on a windows but is saying "PokerTracker was unable to contact the registration server to confirm the activation of your product.
Please try again in a few moments.";
can someone help?? thanks

This issue is currently under investigation and I'll post again when I have an update.
