Hi guys,
I seems to me that there is a little problem.
I'm running 888 poker from a german site and configuered everthing right.
The hand import works while I'm playing but the HUD will not be displayed while I'm playing Snap (Zoom like PokerStars).
Is there any advise for what I have to setup or change

Please make sure that you have the 888 software running in English, otherwise there may be a mismatch between the table name in the hand history files and that in the table window title. That would mean that the Hud could not match the two together and would not be able to attach to the table.

You may be able to change the language in the 888 software, but it may necessary to reinstall it in English.

If that does not resolve your problem please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4.
Play a few hands at a single table and take a screenshot of the table window.
When you sit out create a Support Bundle and attach that to a Support Ticket along with your screenshot and the hand history file from the session.

By default the original hand history files will be moved to the Processed folder when you stop the import, which you can access via File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.

I think the problem is not related to any english version of something, otherwise it would working on one type of table and only the
speed tables are not working.

Apologies - I somehow overlooked that you said Snap tables.

Unfortunately on macOS it is not possible to support the Hud at Snap tables. macOS prevents the techniques required to retrieve the player data needed at the start of each hand.

Where would be a good place to start solving this problem? What needs to happen for it to start working? I was thinking about sending feedback in some direction.

The 888 Snap HUD is only available on Windows due to requiring programming techniques which cannot be done on macOS and I don't envisage Apple making any changes in this regard.
