- Backed up DB running 4.17.13.1 (PG 12.15) (macOS Sonoma)
- Installed new PT4 running 4.17.13.1 (PG 12.15) (macOS Sonoma)

Trying to restore DB results in

Can't Find: /bin/psql
This file is normally contained in /Library/PostgreSQL/x.x/bin. If you are using a remote install of PostgreSQL, you will need to install PostgreSQL on your local computer or, if possible and compatible, find this application file on the server.

/Library/PostgreSQL/x.x/bin is present and the executable is there. Also verified against the old machine.
In addition I created a symlink to /bin/psql just in case. Still the same error.

The default empty DB could be created just fine and seems to be working fine. Yet restoring from a backed-up .zip doesn't work.

I used the defaults for all initial setup options. Any help is appreciated.

I believe that's a known issue at this time - as a workaround you can try clicking 'Search for file' when the message appears and manually selecting the /Library/PostgreSQL/x.x/bin/pg_restore file. If that doesn't help please open a Support Ticket where we can follow up with you.
