Posted: Thu Mar 28, 2013 10:36 amJust to update you - it's likely that the extra CPU usage was NoteTracker processing the hands from the first import. Now that they're processed you shouldn't have problems any further.

Posted: Mon Apr 08, 2013 9:40 amIt's likely the same thing for you - you can see the progress via Tools -> NoteTracker on the Status page. Once it's at 100% this CPU usage should drop off.

However, if you enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart and reproduce the problem then attach your PokerTracker4.log file to a Support Ticket we'll be able to see what PT4 is doing.
