Registration code not showing

Under order history you can see that I upgraded.
But my registration code is not showing up in my account.

Thanks for sending the registration code. But it says invalid registration code.

Ah, I see what happened. First off, my apologies - I sent you your PT4 beta code. That is no longer valid as the beta period has expired. I didn't look too closely because I did see your upgrade. However, it looks like you only upgraded the Omaha Add-On and didn't upgrade Holdem. Since you only upgraded the add-on and there was nothing to add on to there was no code. You'll need to purchase the upgrade for PT4 Holdem on our purchase page and then you should get a full code for both Holdem and Omaha. You should also see your discount for being a PT3 customer applied as soon as you add PT4 Holdem to your cart.

There is no discount. It stays at $99,99.

I see that you have a ticket open about this and that will go directly to the person in charge of purchases and discounts and that is the best way to get this sorted.
