Why Do HUD Profiles Exported From Mac Not Have .pt4hud exten

I am wondering why when I export a HUD profile on Mac Os they don't have the .pt4hud extension?

Furthermore, what would happen if I was to manually add such an extension to the add on the filename i.e in an attempt to then import it on another mac or windows machine?

I'm not certain why they don't; I am certain they're the same files though, so you should be able to add the extension and import them on a Windows machine without any problems.

Profiles exported on Mac do have the extension - it's possible that you have you Mac configured not to show file extensions?

Not on my version they don't...I have file extension set to on in mac os finder, nothing (double checked via terminal)...copy them over to pc, no pt4hud file extension on them....they are profiles I exported today using 4.10.4

However, when exporting a panel or pop-ups, they have their extensions.

Edit:- I can manually add the file extension (i.e when I click export -> I manually add in .pt4hud at the end of the file name), but as default it doesn't add it.

I can't reproduce this either. Could you ship us a log and one of those exported files zipped up via our support system? That would be a big help.
