Hi,
If the Stop/start method and reset notes does not sort it out we can try the following to isolate what is causing the freeze.
1st- Try to backtrack to what change caused the freeze to start happening. New definitions where imported? i.e.
if we can trace the trigger from here it would be easier than doing the following.
2nd- Reimport all hands to a new database from the "processed hands" folder.
https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT4 ... ssed-filesThis step usually helps the handhistorys to be all in same format so that notecaddy does not have as many of these issues while processing the hands.
Other trigger to these kind of freezes can be some specific type of handhistory from a poker room (in DBs that have multiple rooms HHs we would have to try to track down what is the room causing this).
Let me know if this helps, if needed please open a suppor tticket so we can help you troubleshoot further.
Any additional information you can provide from the topics above or anything else you think is relevant can help to isolating what caused this to start happening.
Best wishes,
