HUD randomly moving seats around

Hello, I tried looking up this issue but did not find anything on it. So I'll manually move the HUDs to the correct seating, but then it randomly moves the seats around in time. This is on Ignition, specifically. Thanks!

After moving the HUD make sure to save the new positions by clicking the PT-icon and choosing 'Save Layout'.

Thanks for the response! Yes, I did that and they're still randomly moving around. Also, I tried lock and save layout, that didn't work as well.

If you use preferred seating in your Ignition software then make sure to select the appropriate table sizes in PokerTracker 4 ('Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> Ignition'), and select the same seat that you use in the Ignition software. Next open only one table then position and save the layout if needed before opening any new tables. If that doesn't help and you need further assistance then please report this to us with your log files:

Hands are generated while you're waiting to post the blinds so the Hud will appear, but at this point the Hud does not know that you're the hero so cannot rotate the stats to your seat. If you move the stats during this phase then they will be incorrect after you start playing and they are rotated to your seat. Please wait until your first PLAYED hand has been imported before you move the stats to the correct locations, and then Save Layout.
