Ignition hands are not loading into stats

After playing a few hundred hands on Ignition I noticed my overall stats are not being updated when I play new hands. PT4 is saying that it's importing these hands but I can't pull up them up. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Is the correct active player selected in PokerTracker 4 for your reports?

If you are using an existing alias is the Ignition player attached to that alias?
