Support for the Ignition, Bovada and Bodog Hand Grabber

Hi, I'm getting this error 2-5 times per session played while importing hands from Ignition. Does anyone know what this means? I don't mind so much if it's a hand I fold pre, but sometimes it happens with hands I win and the win is not recorded.
Example:
05:41:45 pm: Error: Ignition: Player P6-ac9e9e6e9e95ba946483abb3592d0150 acted with zero stack (Hand #4237857678)

That is a known issue with the Ignition Hand Grabber currently and the development team are working on a fix. If you want to receive a notification when the fix is released please open a
Support Ticket about the issue.

Is there a way to manually add C won for a session? I received this error on my biggest hand today, so it was not recorded. It will really throw off my C won if I'm not able to track it!
