HUD not appears

Hello,

2 days ago i have a problem with ignition graber, it doesnt recognize the table or tables that i am playing and HUD is not showing. I have not changed on bodog or Pokertracker neither. It works good on Pokerstars.

Would appreciate your help guys

Currently we haven't been able to reproduce this internally so please enable logging via 'Configure > Options' and close PokerTracker 4 and your Ignition software. Launch PokerTracker 4 and Ignition again and then start 'Get Hands While Playing'. Play a few hands at a single Ignition table and take a screenshot of the table. When you sit out (but before you stop the import) generate an Ignition Hand Grabber support bundle and a PokerTracker 4 support bundle and attach both to a Support Ticket along with the screenshot:

Do you mean to take a screenshot of the single ignition table when hand grabber isn't logging and there's no hud? Do you mean that someone should send the support bundle after restarting pokertracker and ignition and hand grabber isn't detecting tables? Will there be useful information in the support bundle if hand grabber isn't detecting any tables? Is someone looking into the issue that numerous people have been having the past few days? Thanks

Yes.

After logging is turned on for the very first time PokerTracker 4 needs to be restarted. After that logging will be always on until it's turned off again. After the issue has been reproduced by playing for a couple of minutes you can create the bundles but do not restart PokerTracker 4 before you do so.

The logging records what is going at the time and that's what we need.

Is someone looking into the issue that numerous people have been having the past few days?

We are aware of the issue but have not been able to reproduce it internally so we want to gather as much information as possible for the developers.

i have the same bug, NOT appear, some friend who lives in argentina, mexico and uruguay have the same problem!!!!! please fix it the problema, THE HUD NOT APPEARS

It is working now.
