Hi

I am having problems with PT4 recording Ignition tournaments. For example, recently played a $15+1.50, max late reg. The tournament is recorded as ID # 41696020, but only has the bustout hand recorded. There is another entry called M2021121413426 which has all the other hands from the tournament. But it records buyins for both, and only the result in the one with the final hand. I can't find any way to re-merge these or correct the record.

Grateful for advice on how to fix this please?

That would require the purging of one of the tournaments and editing the hand history file before reimporting it back into PokerTracker 4. If you need assistance with that then please attach both hand history files to a Support Ticket. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your hand history files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option.
