not importing payouts

I play triple ups on ignition and mtts it hasnt imported any payouts every looks red wondering if there some settings to adjust to fix this or do i have to manually go in and do it.

Unfortunately the prize information is not available when hand histories are generated so they would need to be manually entered. The automatic calculation of STT prizes where the prize structure is always the same may be added in a future update and you can open a Support Ticket to be notified of any change.
