What I meant was I want a players score to be determined whether his VPIP is for example 0-14, 14-25, 26+ (low-medium-high)
Same for the other stats.
I just used low-medium-high instead of actual numbers. In reality I would probably prefer to have maybe 6 or 8 different values (or possibly more). But in practice I think it requires a gazillion different rules?
But with just 3 different values I would have to create one score for each of
LLLLL
MLLLL
MMLLL
MMMLL
MMMML
MMMMM
MHLLL
etc
Each combination of value for the stats would require it's own rule? For a total of 3*3*3*3*3=243 rules. And adding just one more stat would make it 729 rules...... Am I misunderstanding the system?
And furthermore, using only 3 different values for many stats is very conservative. Likewise, There is a large number of different stats I would like to use.
Besides just the average VPIP, maybe I would like to also use how high/low his VPIP is from the button compared to average VPIP, as it could indicate his positional awareness.
Likewise the relation between his PFR and fold to 3-bet
How I would prefer the rules to work is, that each stat would add or subtract a number to/from the total score based on it's value.
So each player have a base value of 0 (zero), and whatever values they have in the various stats I like to base my scoring upon, would then increase/decrease this number.
As it is now, I really don't think it's usable.
