Thanks, yes I will do that today.

It seems if I briefly sit out/sit in I retain stats....but after xHands it will disappear.

Your own HUD stats will disappear because you are no longer involved in the hands, so are no longer in the hand history files.
Only 30 observed hands will be imported so after those have been imported you will only see stats for players which are already in your databases.

Seems the stats now stay when I sit out - but obv they are in the wrong location due to the known PT3 bug.

I can only think that the PT3 memory grabber couldn't deal with 40 dbases, and now I'm running 20 or so it's fine.

It's possible; 40 databases is quite a lot. I don't know how many we have tested for ourselves, but I'll take a look into it to see what I can find.

Hate to keep bring this up but.....

if I had more ram would the HUD run more efficiently? I currently run 3gig.

Beyond 3G shouldn't make much of a difference. What makes much more of a difference is the speed of your hard drives; most of what slows the HUD down is the queries against your databases.
