PT3 Freezes for couple minutes when startingup.

Hello there,

I'm using the PT3 3.0 b5.2 and i have a question regarding the start up time of the application i am experiencing lately.
When i start the app it totally "freezes" i.e. a white screen is what i get for about 3minutes , if i do nothing it will start normally but it takes very long, is there any logical explanation for this?
The database at this very moment is 11GB, i run housekeeping 2times a week.

If you're not using Beta 29.1 please update - significant performance improvements were made for this version.
