Can't close PT3

I'm not sure exactly, but I'm expecting it within the next couple of days. That is dependent on internal testing going OK, though.

We're aware of the issue and I think the development team know what causes it - I'm expecting it to be fixed in beta 30.6.

i uninstalled norton and reinstalled. fixed the problem for a day then back to not closing. not complaining, just passing it along...

I believe this will be fixed for Beta 30.6 which we hope to have out within a few days depending on how some alpha testing of new features goes.

I update my PT3 to 30.6 beta - but problem is still actual. I can't close PT3 client and got the same messaga 'can't close PT while import is running'. What should I do?? =(

I'm having this same problem while using 30.6

All i'm doing for now is using ctrl-alt-delete to close PT3 manually in the task manager...after ensuring that all the info from my games has been imported

Could this have any negative effects? (ie. duplicate hands,etc..)

Should I send a bug report ticket in? It seems that your aware of the issue already.
